I am in the process of searching for a home as the future occupant and owner, but with the assistance of a third party buyer who holds the purse-strings, as it were. This 3rd party is not local and not able to engage directly in the process and Kim has been masterfully deft in her handling of all parties involved, while remaining compassionate and understanding that despite this highly unconventional circumstance, we are serious, even if it takes us some time to come to a final decision. She has been both patient and accommodating, and adept at communicating between the parties.
I would not merely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the greater Sacramento area; I would argue that you could do no better.
